The concept for the ensemble of LOUNGER, SHORTY and TABLOO is moving about border areas. This trio appears to be thin as paper with clear and precise lines and yet is strong and solid. With a vividness as light as a feather – cast in concrete.

Can a lounger made of concrete be comfortable? Yes, it can, if the shape follows man’s contours like the lounger’s curves do. Although the LOUNGER, as it is a concrete product, looks hard, but fits remarkably well to the human body as the limbal support is carefully positioned to give as much comfort as possible in this daybed. Together with a soft cushion or leather upholstery it gives you a relaxing time. And….. the LOUNGER is meant for outdoor use: there is a small gap where the water flows away so the product will be fine over the years, and it can stay outdoor even in wintertime.
